Hello!
I'm developing an application that connects VMS through Oracle Driver, but sometimes when I try to connect I have an error like this one:

[[Oracle]][[ODBC Oracle Driver]][[Oracle OCI]]ORA-09100: Message 9100 not found; product=RDBMS73;facility=ORA

I donīt understand what does it mean? Can you help me?
