Hi Oracle Gurus,

Could you please let me know what to look into the database/server side when the application team says there is an application performance issue.

OS -- Unix

Coe on man! You have to start by asking them what the problem is. For example, is a screen too slow to refresh? Which one? Or is it a report? Or do the overnight batch jobs not finish until lunchtime?

You have to TALK to these people.
